Annual Report 2025
February 25 2026, the Annual Report for Gjensidige was published at the Oslo Stock Exchange and at Gjensidige.com. The report describes how Gjensidige creates value for customers, owners and society.
Gjensidige’s Annual Report is the result of close collaboration across the organization. The work begins early in the reporting year (spring 2025), reviewing previous deliveries and aligning content, requirements and expectations for the upcoming report.
As Project Manager, I lead the overall process and coordinated contributions from Accounting, Sustainability, Investor Relations, Branding and Communications, Executive Management and other key stakeholders.
A collaborative process
This year, the entire team worked in a new system, Workiva, adopting a new and more integrated way of producing the report. Designer, content owners and management collaborated directly in the same platform, making feedback, revisions and approvals transparent and efficient.
With all communication gathered in one system, the review process became clearer and easier to manage, resulting in a strong and well-coordinated final delivery.
