The company.
CBH prosjekt & designledelse offers strategic design management to private and public companies, and operate as a link between the client and their partners, internal and external.
The company was established on 1 October 2013 by Camilla Block Hellum, as the sole owner and employee of the company.
Me.
I am a strategic design consultant with experience from “all sides of the table”; from the design industry, from the client side – and in recent years, as an independent consultant.
My field of competence is sustainable business strategy, project-, programme-, process- and design management.
With experience from working with large organisations, I am well acquainted with formal processes and has through these assignments gained both strategic and operational experience.
I design, lead and facilitate entire processes; from research to decisions with owners and stakeholders, up to realization, launch, handover and implementation.
I hold certifications in Design Management, Prince2Agile and MSP/ Programme Management among some.
Recently I attended Executive Master of Management in SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS STRATEGY at Norges Handelshøyskole with Professors Lars Jacob Tynes Pedersen and Sveinung Jørgensen.
Location.
I am located at Sentralen in Øvre Slottsgate 3 together with more than 250 other social innovators and cultural producers.
